We ask you to appreciate that whilst we always strive to deliver our normal services, there may be times when these are disrupted. There can be a delay as we prioritise those who need our help most.
Over the years, householders and businesses have cleared footways around their own properties. This type of self-help does make a big contribution in making areas safer for everyone, especially the elderly. It allows us to concentrate on helping people who are unable to help themselves.
